گام اول:
Shutdown the KVM guest
گام دوم:
convert the QCOW2 or RAW formatvto VMDK format
#qemu-img convert image.img -ovmdk image.vmdk
گام سوم:
#qemu-img convert image.img -ovmdk image.vmdk
Upload this image to datastore
گام چهارم:
Create a new virtual machine this disk image

If you face any issues with NICs remove and re add it ، you shold be good.
